
Vegan crispy chicken burger with sriracha mayonnaise
Crispy chicken on a beautiful rustic brown bun with a delicious sriracha mayonnaise, but without meat.The Vegan burger as chicken is a great substitute for chicken burgers, for a tasty sandwich. This recipe is for approximately 4 people.

Preparation
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the bun in half and toast both halves on the grill pan.
- Make a quick guacamole by mashing avocado with a fork and adding lime juice and salt.
- Cook the vegan chicken burger and vegan bacon slice in the same pan or on a barbecue until golden brown and cooked through on both sides.
- Slice the tomato and red onion.
- Top the bottom half of the bun with guacamole, arugula, red onion, and tomato.
- Place the cooked vegan chicken burger on top, then add the vegan bacon slice and another layer of vegan sriracha mayonnaise.
- Place the top half of the bun on and serve at the table. Optionally, insert a skewer or steak knife through the burger to hold everything in place.
