Vegan hotdog with spicy katjang

Making your own hot dogs, but in a plant-based way? With these vegan sausages, the base is good in any case. We love a tasty spicy topping, but the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients

4units.itemsbrioche hot dog buns
2Fried onions
1units.itemsRed onion
vegan spicy katjang mayo
0.5units.itemsAvocado

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan with plant-based butter or oil and brown the vegan sausages on all sides for five minutes.
  2. Bake the bun in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the avocado into pieces and slice the red onion into rings.
  4. Slice open the bun and top with the cooked vegan sausage.
  5. Serve the hotdog with avocado, red onion, and fried onions.
  6. Squeeze some vegan spicy katjang mayo over the hotdog and serve.
