Vegan Stew

A classic stew, but completely plant-based. Use our vegan beef stew pieces together with traditional ingredients and serve this delicious dish.

This recipe is for approximately 4 people.

Ingredients

200gvegan stew pieces
1kgCarrot
2units.itemsOnions
2units.itemsGarlic cloves
400gsieved tomatoes
1units.itemssprig of rosemary
1units.itemsBay leaf
300mlVegetable stock
2Flour
1Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in a large pan with olive oil until soft.
  2. Add the vegan stew pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add the sieved tomatoes, vegetable stock, herb sprigs, and flour to the pan.
  4. Bring to a boil and let simmer gently for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces, and add to the pan.
  6. Let everything stew until the carrots are cooked.
  7. Remove the thyme and rosemary sprigs.
  8. Take the pan off the heat and season with pepper and salt.
