Preparation
- Fry the vegetarian schnitzels on both sides in sunflower oil and cut them to the desired size.
- Clean the vegetables and cut the white cabbage into very fine julienne.
- Slice the radish and baby carrot, and cut the spring onion into rings.
- Divide the salad and the sliced schnitzel over the plates.
- Finish with some vinaigrette and garnish with sesame seeds and shiso purple.
