vegetable pâté mango pumpkin curry
smoked paprika pearls

Preparation
- Blend the vegetable pâté in a food processor until smooth and transfer to a piping bag.
- Marinate the tuna in the limoncello for about 30 minutes before use.
- Fill the cones with the pâté, topped with a cube of marinated tuna.
- Garnish with some smoked paprika pearls and a nice cress.
