Ingredients

30mlLemon juice
60mlWoodford Reserve Bourbon
1Egg white
1Angostura bitters
Sucre de Canne

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Strain and then dry shake. Pour into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice.
  2. Garnish with an orange zest.
