Ingredients: 30 ml Lemon juice; 60 ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon; 1 Egg white; 1 Angostura bitters; Sucre de Canne

30mlLemon juice

60mlWoodford Reserve Bourbon

1Egg white

1Angostura bitters

Sucre de Canne

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Strain and then dry shake. Pour into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice.
Garnish with an orange zest.
