Ingredients

Nutmeg

Star anise

Cinnamon stick

Lauriston apple cider

baking spray

Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey

Preparation

Warm the cider and pour it together with a splash of whisky into a transparent teapot.
Add nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, and orange to taste.
Place the teapot on a warming plate so the flavors can infuse well.
Serve in flutes and garnish with a skewer of fresh apple balls.

Tip: prepare the apple skewers in advance and spray them with pastry spray. This prevents discoloration and creates a sweet coating.
