Keep your guests warm during the cold months and serve a warm cocktail as an aperitif.Ingredients
400gliquid coffee creamer
6Egg yolks
2Cinnamon powder
400gCondensed coconut milk
Vanilla extract
100mlCoconut cream 24%
150mlHavana Club 3 Años

Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with a whisk.
- Add the coffee milk and the condensed coconut milk.
- Mix in the cinnamon powder.
- Strain the mixture and pour into a vacuum bag.
- Vacuum and cook at 82°C in a water bath for 1.5 hours.
- Transfer the cooked mixture to a blender, add coconut cream and a few drops of vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.
- Finally, add the rum and chill for at least four hours.
- Serve in a glass and decorate with the white meringue sticks.
