This cocktail consists of buttered rum & foam of advocaat.Ingredients
50gButter
16Havana Club 3 Años
16Water
20gMonin Caribbean rum syrup
75gEgg yolk
150gCream
15gIcing sugar
80gWarninks advocaat
75gcappuccino milk
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients well together and heat gently.
- Whisk everything well with a whisk until the butter is melted and an emulsion forms.
- Mix all ingredients well using a hand blender.
- Place the mixture in a siphon and charge with two cartridges.
- Place the advocaat foam on top of the buttered rum in a glass.
