
Loimu Glögg
Keep your guests warm during the cold months and serve a warm cocktail as an aperitif.Ingredients
Cinnamon
Star anise
Loimu white
Raspberry pearls
Cardamom
cappuccino milk
Preparation
- Heat the milk over low heat and add spices to taste.
- Let infuse for 10 minutes and then strain the mixture.
- Heat the Loimu to about 60°C and pour into a glass.
- Froth the milk with a hand blender and spoon it onto the warm Loimu.
- Garnish with the raspberry pearls.
