Loimu Glögg

Keep your guests warm during the cold months and serve a warm cocktail as an aperitif.

Ingredients

Cinnamon
Star anise
Loimu white
Raspberry pearls
Cardamom
cappuccino milk

Preparation

  1. Heat the milk over low heat and add spices to taste.
  2. Let infuse for 10 minutes and then strain the mixture.
  3. Heat the Loimu to about 60°C and pour into a glass.
  4. Froth the milk with a hand blender and spoon it onto the warm Loimu.
  5. Garnish with the raspberry pearls.
