
Sweet tacos with vanilla cream cheese and fresh fruit

Chocolate bar or biscuits
1Tante Fanny flammkuchen dough roll
1Vanilla pod
1Chopped pistachios or coconut chips
80gIcing sugar
175gCream cheese
0.5Lemon juice
100gFresh berries
Edible flowers
Berry and/or chocolate sauce
Mint or lemon balm
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat and prepare the dough according to the package instructions.
- Cut a sheet of baking paper into 10 cm squares.
- Roll out the dough with the included baking paper and cut out circles with a round cutter or glass (ø approx. 10 cm).
- Fold each circle in half to form a half-moon and place a piece of baking paper between the dough layers to prevent sticking.
- Place the dough halves on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and let cool.
- Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest.
- Fill the sweet tacos with the cream and the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with berries, nuts, cookies, and flowers or herbs.
- Optionally serve with berry or chocolate sauce for dipping.
