80gDark chocolate
120gMascarpone
4Tante Fanny flammkuchen bases (1 pack)
200gMixed forest fruits
30gVanilla sugar
Fresh lemon balm
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 270°C top/bottom heat and use the flammkuchen bases straight from the fridge.
- Place 2 bases without baking paper side by side on a baking tray.
- Chop the dark chocolate finely.
- Mix the mascarpone with vanilla sugar and 40 grams of the chopped chocolate.
- Spread this mixture over the 4 bases, leaving a border of about 1 cm.
- Top the flammkuchen with forest fruits.
- Bake the flammkuchen in the middle of the oven for 7 – 9 minutes until golden brown.
- After baking, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and garnish with lemon balm.
