Black sesame cake with bleeding raspberry heart

Fun black sesame cake to serve during Halloween. The bleeding heart creates a beautiful effect.

Ingredients

120graspberry puree without sugar
30gFine granulated sugar

200gBlack tahini
120gFine granulated sugar
200gMild&Creamy natural coconut
160gFlour
10gbaking powder backin backpulver
25gCornstarch
Salt

Preparation

  1. Bring the puree to a boil with the sugar.
  2. Pour into small half-round molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.
  2. Mix the black tahini with the sugar, then add the coconut yogurt.
  3. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix briefly until homogeneous and put it in a piping bag.
  5. Remove the raspberry coulis from the mold and press 2 halves together to form a sphere.
  6. Pipe the batter into the greased molds halfway.
  7. Press the raspberry coulis into the batter and pipe the rest of the batter over it so the coulis is no longer visible. Fill the molds to a maximum of 3/4th.
  8. Bake them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
