2gonion powder
190gMelted butter
200gonion cubes
10gblack coloring paste
250gAlmond powder
200gsauerkraut naturel
100gLivar blood sausage
Preparation
- Fry the onion cubes in a pan until golden brown.
- Mix all ingredients except the butter in the Magimix.
- Mix the melted butter into the batter.
- Bake the cakes in the mold at 180°C convection for 10 minutes.
- Wash the sauerkraut in plenty of water.
- Place the sauerkraut in a cloth and dry under a heat lamp or at 50°C in the oven.
- Fry the sauerkraut in a large deep pan until crispy.
- Let the sauerkraut drain on paper and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Fry a small slice of blood sausage and cut out with a cutter.
- Place this on the cake and top with the crispy sauerkraut.
