Preparation
- Fillet the turbot from the bone, or order turbot fillet with the bone included.
- Boil the bone clean and scrub it with a brush.
- First skewer the fillet and then cut it into portions.
- Sprinkle with the furikake.
- Briefly grill the skewers on the barbecue and finish cooking in the oven.
- For plating, you can choose radish or other types of vegetables for the desired result.
