Black garlic Hollandaise

A classic hollandaise sauce as a base, but with a surprising twist. In this recipe, with the addition of black garlic.

Ingredients

3Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise sauce
50gBlack garlic purée

Preparation

  1. Heat the Hollandaise sauce and add the black garlic.
  2. Strain the sauce and pour it into a siphon.
  3. Charge the siphon with two cartridges.
