
Black tahini and truffle-cauliflower steak
In this dish, we use the black tahini in a sauce with truffle oil.Black tahini is an incredibly smooth black sesame paste with a creamy texture and nutty flavor. Combined with grilled cauliflower, it is an absolute taste sensation.

Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into nice steaks.
- Then roast it in the oven at 250°C or on the grill.
- For the sauce, pour the black tahini into a bowl, add water (half and half ratio), then add the truffle oil and season with salt to taste.
- For the topping, mix the parsley, olive oil, thinly sliced lemon, sumac spices, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread a generous amount of sauce on the plate, place the cauliflower on top, and garnish with the lemon salad.
