Docqmans premium is a bottom-fermented beer with a clear, light blonde color and a fine-bubbled head. The flavor starts off slightly sweet with a restrained bitterness and develops into a dry and refreshing finish. The malt comes from Belgium, the Netherlands, or France. For the aroma and bitterness, several Belgian and German hop varieties are selected. The water comes from our own sources.
