This German blonde wheat beer is renowned far beyond the borders of its country of origin and is, in fact, one of the most consumed beers among the Weissbiers. In the glass, this Franziskaner Weissbier has a surprising blonde color with a pink glow. The generous foam lasts long and bubbles well. In the mouth, the flavor structure very strongly approaches the scent structure with genuine fruit flavors where the banana flavor clearly dominates. The spicy impression is then truly noticeable with notes of pepper followed by a clove flavor and vanilla touches.
