VanderGhinste Roodbruin was originally called "ouden tripel" in 1892 and was the first beer that Omer Vander Ghinste brought to the market. It is a South-West Flemish Red Brown beer of mixed fermentation. The typical taste is characterized by a balanced balance of the fruitiness of the high fermentation with the soft acidity of the spontaneous fermentation beer and has a refreshing and distinctly thirst-quenching finish.
