Spring is perhaps the most beautiful season of the island. The lambs in the meadow, the dune valleys regaining color, the sun radiating warmth out of the wind... but also after a period of dark beer, time for a softly scented and floral blond beer: Eilandkriebel. Brewing beer is our passion. Brewing a beer with the tingles of Spring (dialect on Texel) is a wonderful challenge! Blond and almost straw-yellow in color due to the use of light barley malt. In the full malt brewed beer (so no sugars are added here) you taste the grain flavor at its best. During the boiling of the wort, no less than five floral hop varieties are added. Each one a flavor enhancer in beer! This special blond beer has 6.4% Alc.vol. is bottom-fermented and unfiltered. This means that all flavor is preserved. Poured in our special beer glass, a feast for the eyes and a delight for the tongue. From the tap or from the bottle, this blond beer combines fantastically with a delicious meal or to enjoy after a day on the island. This fourth beer from the Tesselaar Family Brewery is, besides the Tesselaar Eilandbiêr, the Razende Bok and Witte Tessel-Aar Weizen, only available on Texel.
