What once started at Vincent Dilewyn's home in a few 100L boilers has not changed much today. The various Vicaris beers are still brewed in an artisanal way, with passion and love, and with a focus on quality. All Vicar beers are produced without clear beer filtration, pasteurization or centrifugation.
