Chimay Blauw or Chimay Blue is a strong dark beer with 9% alcohol. This Trappist beer is a winter beer, a beer to keep you nice and warm on cold freezing days. Chimay Blauw is delicious in combination with a piece of cheese, especially with the Trappist cheese from Chimay itself.
