A tropical IPA in both aroma and taste. Not too sweet, but just with a nice bitterness. With a lot of lemon flavor too, which lingers for a long time due to the Lemondrop hops that De Molen used during the dry hopping.
De Molen went to Wylam in England to learn more about the art of brewing a really good New England IPA. Apparently, watching and listening pays off, because Water & Vuur is a fantastic addition to the already rich assortment from Bodegraven.
