Vicaris Lustrum is brewed to celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of the brewery. What is unique about this beer is the use of flax from Dendermonde soil, which provides an exceptional character with a subtle hint of grass and vanilla. The use of flax in the brewhouse can be considered a world first.
The full-bodied aftertaste is balanced with a pleasant bitterness from various hops. The American aroma hop delivers fruity tangerine and citrus aromas.
