The White Lady of the Broken Castle in Grubbenvorst has been haunting the ruins by the Maas for centuries during the full moon. Part of the wheat for this beer comes from a field in Schandelo near Velden, the village located on the other side of the Maas opposite the ruins. In addition to wheat, it of course contains barley malt, traditional hops, and Saaz hops. The yeast provides the fruity notes. Coriander and orange peel add a spicy touch.
