Knorr white roux binds all sauces, soups, and ragouts easily and quickly. The roux granules dissolve quickly without forming lumps. Can be used as a thickener and can be added during preparation. The roux is neutral in taste and therefore suitable for various hot preparations. This binder is suitable for vegetarian and vegan food and free from added flavor enhancers, artificial colorings, and preservatives. Also available in a 1-kilo can or a 2-kilo bag.
