Cherchi is a family business since 1995 from Alghero (Sardinia) and makes parchment bread according to their own special recipe. Their thin bread is handmade, cooked at a constant temperature, and hand-packed. It is a secret recipe of the Cherchi family. Nowadays it is made in many different flavors, for every combination and every occasion. To be consumed with cold cuts, cheese, artichokes, olives, with oil, or simply as bread.
