Summer is just around the corner. Time for a good piece of meat in the pan or on the barbecue, depending on the weather. The entrecote is the perfect classic for this, but not every entrecote is the same. Especially for this edition, we have selected four special entrecotes; unique Vitender rosé veal entrecote, fully naturally raised Canadian Angus Beef, Scandinavian beef for gourmets, and the characterful Simmentaler from the Alps. Variation in diet, age, and habitat does a lot with the taste and you can taste it!
