Round steak originating from Scottish Aberdeen Angus. The steak comes from the rear part of the cattle and is from the topside. It is a large piece of meat that is incredibly tender in texture. With this piece, you can go in any direction. The well-known tenderloin steaks are cut from it, but carpaccio and roast beef can also be excellently sliced from it.
