This beef comes from grain-fed Black Angus cattle from Australia. The cattle graze for 26 months on vast plains, after which they are housed in a feedlot for a minimum of 120 days. The cows have a carefully composed diet with mainly grain, supplemented with grass and corn. This diet ensures the 'marbling' of the meat. This marbling of meat contributes to the beautiful structure, taste, and tenderness.
