Rib Eye of beef from New Zealand. The beef rib-eye comes from the back of the cattle and is a well-known piece of meat with a small fat eye. It is incredibly tender meat with a beautiful marbling. The rib-eye can be excellently cooked medium rare for a flavorful result.
