This product is a traditional delicacy from Abruzzo (Italy), made from lamb or mutton that has grazed exclusively in the mountains.
With some pieces of fat for flavor, for preparation only a pinch of salt or some spicy oil is needed. Enjoy with a glass of red wine and your barbecue will always be a success.
