For the production of the naturally dried Ganda Ham, only three ingredients are used: pork, sea salt, and... time. No nitrite, flavorings, or colorings are added. Ganda also follows the specifications of the "Meesterlyck" label. After the ham has dried for 12 to 14 months, it is deboned and pressed into a block to make slicing on the machine easier.
