These artisanal croquettes are locally produced in the Netherlands according to the 'From Head to Tail' principle, where we strive to make optimal use of the whole animal. This means that we carefully use every part of the beef, including the midriffs. This part of the beef is ideal for slow cooking, making the meat wonderfully tender and beautifully falling apart into pulled meat. For optimal taste, fry for 9 minutes frozen or 6 minutes thawed at 175°C.
