Zwijnshaas is a tender piece of meat from the boar. It is located in the back of the boar. Wild boar is a nice alternative to deer. HANOS is a leader in the market in the field of wild boar. Nowhere in Europe can a comparable assortment be found. We exclusively 'hunt' for the best quality boars from areas where there is sufficient food. This way we can guarantee perfect quality. In 'barren' areas, boars are usually lean and of lesser quality. Our wild boar mainly comes from the Veluwe and partly from Germany. It is expertly processed under optimal conditions in our own game factory in Apeldoorn. Of course, this is done under strict veterinary control and in accordance with EEC requirements and HACCP quality care guidelines.
