Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar is high-quality vanilla, grown on the island of Réunion (formerly Bourbon) east of Madagascar. The vanilla pods crystallize over time, causing small white crystals to appear on the pods. As a result, the vanillin content is higher and the pods release more aroma.
