These sweet potatoes are grown on the light sandy soils of Limburg. It is the same soil that is also suitable for asparagus. These potatoes are grown without the use of crop protection products. Delicious to eat with the skin on, but also great for making a puree. In addition, these potatoes are very tasty when roasted in the oven and, for example, served with chili oil, crème fraîche, and fresh herbs.
