The completely plant-based mushroom truffle croquette is a welcome addition to the Holtkamp Horeca range. Our vegan croquette is characterised by a balanced composition of oyster mushrooms, ceps, shii-take and bundle mushrooms, cut into brunoise. We added 1% finely chopped Italian black truffle to the plant-based, shiny mushroom salpicon. With the characteristic wafer-thin, crispy crust of breadcrumbs, this highly flavoured luxury vegan variation is a valuable and tasteful addition to your menu.
