A delicious soft cheese from the farm with the Mediterranean taste of sun-ripened tomatoes and mild olives. The age of the cheese is 10 weeks and the fat content is 50+. Finely chopped black olives are incorporated into the cheese. The olives are never used fresh, but first processed. The tomatoes are sun-dried and then cut into pieces. After that, they are processed into the cheese. For the herb cheeses of Kaasmaeker, a banderol is used. The top is not provided with a label, so the herbs in the cheese are clearly visible. It gives an artisanal appearance.
