This cheese is made from 100% fresh organic raw milk from Blaarkop cows. The cheese has matured for at least 90 days and is vegetarian rennet. The preparation method preserves all the characteristic properties of the milk. No additional ingredients are added. During maturation, the cheese develops a natural and edible rind. Rest, the cheese cultures used, and the maturation time influence the rich flavor. Master Affineurs has the Recognized Regional Product label. This label is awarded to regional products with a guaranteed origin and added value for the region.
