This real farmhouse cheese is enriched with Hertog Jan Grand Prestige. It is a top-fermented beer. The taste is full and ripe, sweet and bitter are clearly distinguishable in this beer. Cheesemaker Joris Mathijssen from Udenhout came up with the idea to make a beautiful cheese with this beer, and he certainly succeeded!
