Caseificio Tre Stelle from the southern Italian Eboli (Salerno, Campania) is a concept when it comes to high-quality buffalo mozzarella. The buffalo mozzarella from Campania is protected by the European Union through the Guaranteed Traditional Specialty label and also by the Campania label. These labels may only be used if the mozzarella is made from 100% buffalo milk and comes from the Campania region. Tre Stelle collaborates with selected farmers who run their farms according to high standards with much respect and care for the animals, resulting in high-quality buffalo milk and, through Tre Stelle's craftsmanship, a beautiful end product, full and creamy in taste, soft on the inside, and with the characteristic hint of musk.
