B'rustiek® is bread with a story. This traditional bread based on "levain" is made with the flour type "farine tradition Francaise". To that, we add water, sea salt, and a very small amount of yeast. This is slowly kneaded into a smooth dough, which then gets 48 hours to rise and develop flavor. Baked in our stone oven. Without any additives, with only 100% natural ingredients.
