Now the second generation is at the helm. Their ambition? To ensure that every Dutch person knows what real dim sum is within now and 1 year.
The demand for his Asian products kept growing, so Man Kin and his wife Betty decided to close the restaurants and open a production location. Since 28, son Koon and daughter Jennifer have been at the helm together and help their mother in the company. Dim sum is more than a snack, it literally means touching the heart. It's not just about the dish, but about the whole experience. The balance in taste and texture; everything has to be right. We adhere to that traditional philosophy, says Jennifer.
