What once started as a small restaurant in Amsterdam, where Man Kin Ho wanted to let the Dutch people experience the real Chinese food culture, grew into a huge production location of 2000 m2. The second generation is now at the helm. Their ambition? To ensure that every Dutch person knows what real dim sum is within now and 1 year.
The demand for his Asian products kept growing, so Man Kin and his wife Betty decided to close the restaurants and open a production location. Since 28, son Koon and daughter Jennifer have been at the helm together and help their mother in the company. Dim sum is more than a snack, it literally means touching the heart. It's not just about the dish, but about the whole experience. The balance in taste and texture; everything has to be right. We adhere to that traditional philosophy, says Jennifer.
