Restaurant Rijsel has been around for almost 10 years and in that time has grown into an institution within the Amsterdam hospitality industry. A place that was filled from the first evening with chefs, wine lovers, couples going out for the first time, regular guests, neighborhood residents, colleagues, and everyone in between.
