The Big Green Egg Mini is the smallest and lightest member of the Big Green Egg family. The Big Green Egg is for baking, roasting, grilling, stir-frying, smoking, and slow cooking. It reaches temperature in just 15 minutes. The ceramic housing ensures optimal control, even heat distribution, and is temperature resistant from -30 to +400 °C. The integrated thermometer makes checking and regulating the temperature very easy. The Big Green Egg uses charcoal extremely efficiently, making refilling almost unnecessary.
