The alfapac profesional baking paper is ideal for cooking sweet or salty dishes in a traditional oven or in a microwave. It can also be used for cooking in foil. Non-stick, it’s unnecessary to grease the moulds before cooking, it facilitates removal from the moulds and allows quick cleaning of the dishes and oven trays. Used between food portions when freezing, it allows them to be separated easily without defrosting. The size of the sheets, 32 x 53 cm, is perfectly adapted to the oven racks. It can be baked more than four times.
