This ceramic grater is made from very hard material and is therefore completely flavor-neutral and corrosion-resistant. Specially developed for very fine and almost 'creamy' grating of fresh wasabi, garlic, and ginger. Pour some olive oil in it and let your guests grate the garlic themselves. A perfect item next to a nice bread. Also ideal for grating ginger and wasabi with soy sauce, for example.
